The new “List of Changes” is a culmination of all corrections to the book to the date of the PDF title (for example, “Book changes 12-4-2005”). It is organized in the same format as the book, so if you are reading just a small section of the book and wish to check for changes, you can quickly see if any changes apply to that section.
