To Order the Book!

You may order the book in whichever way you are most comfortable. Three methods are provided.

Through the on-line store using the shopping cart metaphor.
This provides the maximum security currently possible through encryption of your credit card information.

E-mail information.
This method requires the least effort. Security is equivalent to that of a phone call. Provide the following information in an e-mail:

Specify number of books you want
Name as it appears on your credit card
Shipping address
Billing address, if different than shipping address
Phone number (including area code)
MasterCard or VISA number (only)
- Card expiration date

Your credit card charge will be $35 for each book plus 10% shipping and handling (S&H) with a minimum charge of $5 for S&H. Tennessee residents must add 9.75% sales tax.

FAX, phone, or mail.
If you prefer the more traditional method, you may print out a form, fill it out and FAX the information to the number provided, phone the order in, or mail the completed form with payment by VISA/MasterCard, check or money order (U.S. funds only) to the address provided.
